TIP TUESDAY: CLING STAMPS OR PHOTOPOLYMER?
Stampin’ Up! has two exclusive types of stamps. They are designed in either cling or photopolymer. Some of the differences and a few tips are included in the following video:
Photopolymer are translucide so they are perfect for two-step stamping, repeating patterns and accurate alignment.
Polymer stamps may retain a bit of pigment ink colour but it does not affect their performance with any other color, once they are cleaned. A new Stamp Cleaning Pad helps with this issue (item 147047)
Cling stamps are high quality red rubber and have a very sticky adhesive image label. I suggest putting stamp to label and not the other way around (watch the video).
You can use your markers to colour with your Cling stamps.
Keep the protective layer as a mask - it has the exact shape of the stamp it was protecting. Just keep it in your case to have it handy if you need to mask something.
