PEACEFUL POPPIES - #SIMPLESTAMPING
Who said stamping a beautiful card had to be complicated? This is a perfect example of a #simplestamping card with stunning results. We will be making this card (and one other) at our next #simplestamping class at Amberwood Golf and Country Club, on January 20 at 6:30.

Here is what you need to create it :
WHAT YOU NEED
Old Olive Cardstock cut at 8-½” x 5-½ inches, scored at 4-¼”
One piece of Blackberry Bliss yardstick cut at 4 x 5-¼” and one ½” x 4 strip
One piece of Whisper White cut at 4” x 5-¼” and one pice of scrap paper at least 1-½” for circle punch.
One piece of Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper cut at 3-314” x 5”

HOW TO
STEP 1: Fold your Old Olive Card base and set aside
STEP 2: Do all your stamping : tamp the inside layer with your greeting, and Happy Birthday on the small piece of Whisper White. Punch out Happy Birthday with the Circle Punch. Stamp the Poppies with the Old Olive Ink Pad and colour the flowers outlining them with the Blackberry Bliss marker. Decorate your envelope to your taste.
STEP 3: Use the Pretty Label Punch and punch a label from the Blackberry Bliss cardstock (in the centre so it will not show on the edges.
STEP 4: Adhere the Blackberry Bliss on the Old Olive Base with Snail or Tombow Glue
STEP 5: Adhere the Designer Series Paper on the Blackberry Bliss layer.
STEP 5: Use Stamping Dimensionals to stick your Happy Birthday circle to the Pretty Label Punch; stick the punched label to the ½” strip and adhere the strip to the Designer Series Paper Layer, using SNAIL.
STEP 6: Finish the card with a few sequins and embellishments, adhere them with mini glue dots.
