#simplestamping: A Touch of Ink
There are only 9 days left to Sale-A-Bration, so I thought I would break open one of the great stamp sets that I got for FREE: A Touch of Ink. This card is so simple to make and I chose colours that I am not in the habit of using: Terracotta Tile and Basic Grey. What colour collection is your favourite? I usually gravitate to Neutrals and Subtles.

HOW TO
Score and fold your Basic Grey card base. Adhere Terracotta Tile layers on inside and outside.
Stamp the butterfly on the small Basic White square and the greeting on the inside layer. Colour with Stampin’ Blends (careful to not touch the stamped outline, it doesn’t bleed). Decorate your inside layer to taste.
Stamp the top layer with the greeting on the bottom right, with Basic Grey Ink.
Take the Top white layer and lay at it flat on the Simply Scored Scoring tool, narrow side on the top.
Start scoring the first line at 2 inches. Score three more to the left at 1/8 inch increments; score one to the right at 1/8” increment.
Turn it over. You now have the scored lines in the approximate centre of the layer.
Place your stamped butterfly on the Basic Grey Square at an angle. Adhere the Terracotta Tile strip on the embossed lines, place the tip of the grey piece pointed to the top of the white layer. Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Add Epoxy Droplets on each side.
Decorate your envelope.
