#SIMPLESTAMPING CORNER BOUQUET CARD

This week, my card uses only card stock, ink, the Corner Bouquet Stamp Set (that you can get for FREE during Sale-A-Bration, until February 28. I added a few bits of coordinating ribbon and voilà ! Learn how by watching this short video.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Very Vanilla Thick cardstock cut 8-½ x 5-½” scored at 4-¼” (144237)

  • Very Vanilla Cardstock 3-31/4 x 5” (101650)

  • Cinnamon Cider Cardstock cut at 5-¼” x 4”(153078)

  • Cinnamon Cider Ribbon (152482)

  • Bumblebee Ribbon (153622)

  • Window sheet cut for masking (142314)

  • Cinnamon Cider Classic Stampin’ Pad (153114)

  • Bumblebee Classic Stamp Pad (153116)

STEP BY STEP

  • Score and fold your card base - set aside

  • Using a window sheet, cut a frame with the Stampin Trimmer, to create a mask. The opening is 2-½” x 3”

  • Place the mask over the Very Vanilla layer of 3-314 x 5” and using the blender brushes or the sponge daubers, start applying the Bumblebee colour to the top, in circular motions. Add more until you have the shade you like. Do the same process on the bottom with the Cinnamon Cider Ink.

  • Stamp the greeting of your choice on the bottom right hand of the layer

  • Adhere the Very vanilla to the Cinnamon Cider layer. Wrap the ribbon around the two layers. Add two shorter pieces of ribbon and tie a knot, trim off the ends diagonally.

  • Adhere the layer to the card base and decorate your envelope.
